Management
The foundation's activities are currently supported by approximately 320 staff members who are subdivided into different departments. Our employees work in an integrated way with the support departments. In order to guarantee the quality and continuity of the foundation, the Supervisory Board ensures that the objectives of our organization are being pursued. The Supervisory Board is responsible for monitoring the policy and strategy of the Board of Directors and the operations of the general affairs. In the background, the members of the Supervisory Board give advice to the Board of Directors of our foundation.
On the other hand, the Board of Directors is responsible for the daily affairs that relate to the quality, safety and continuity of care. Compliance with the legislation and regulations and financing of the foundation are also part of their duties.
The care within the foundation is in development. Due to population aging, different methods are sought and analyzed to continue to provide care as well and effectively as possible. A committee of the foundation is constantly considering the upcoming changes in the structure of care. Furthermore, our personnel consist of skilled, reliable and motivated people with a warm and human approach who have a participatory role in the management of our organization.
